With academic backgrounds in humanities and business economics, and over 15 years of senior executive experience in multinational corporations, Johnston transitioned over the past 17 years into dedicated research and development within cosmetology and dermaceutical innovation. During the early stages when Eva.J brand was facing numerous challenges and voids, Dr.Christian Repond and Pharm.Claudine Gex became instrumental in the actualisation of health-first cosmetic formulations.
