Wellness art at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, Switzerland

Pampering is an art to learn. Try your Pampering master class in Grand Resort Bad Ragaz in Switzerland.

Upon arrival you are greeted with "Grützi," smiles and a sweet unspoiled mountain air. Your daily program, resort guide and welcome drink and lights meals in a spacious room with all the modern comfort against the Alps settings is a beginning of an immersion into an art of well-being.

In the Spa area you are guided by information on how to - something you probably never knew.  Like rubbing your arms with cold ice (its dropping into the bucket between two incrusted into the rock showers) in the right succession and finishing with soles of your feet.

A sauna and hammam is a different experience.  No woman would miss the one encrusted with Swarowski crystals. There is a Finnish sauna with regular honey or aroma infusion treatments announced each day, salt hot room and so much more. Kids (with my love to these sunny creatures) are only allowed as of a certain age, and under a strict supervision of parents. There is a club for kids, and they are not only entertained but also taken for walks in a fairy-tale forest that surrounds the resort.  There are never too many persons in the pool, so your marble bubble bed is there for you.

As for the pools: I lost my count.  Hot and cold (very cold) legs and feet water pools for those who suffer from heavy legs. Sports pool for aficionados of swimming.  A freezing and chic water pool after your hot sauna experience, a seated roman bath and so on. And state-of-the art  Showers with posh bath amenities, on your way to a meditation or relaxation room.

A warm mineral water straight from the source is truly delicious. In your room, upon return from the Spa you will find a complimentary bottled mineral water named after the Russian Empress Helena and a sophisticated wooden sliding bar which is packed.. Better go and loose yourself at numerous fitness programs.

And if you wish more, there is a medical centre which boasts one of the best skills, experience and advice of recognised experts. I picked up a few:  Ragazer Ring method - a special water therapy with resistance exercises performed in warm thermal spa water, health check-up with ...a Spin à la Easy Rider on a Harley-Davidson in your free time, aesthetic medicine, acne and rosacea clinic and ... resort-exclusive fitness shoes extra class. Have a look at the pictures. Its just one click away to reserve!       http://www.resortragaz.ch/en.html
